How to transfer from Cancún International Airport You must buy a ticket from one of the transportation companies, which operate out of Cancún Airport. Regular taxis are not permitted to pick up passengers at the airport. There are booths inside the airport arrivals building and more outside the exit doors. The direct, private van/car to Puerto Juarez, the mainland port for ferries to the island, is 560 Pesos, for up to four people. The trip takes about 25 minutes. There are also shared vans for 160 Pesos, per person. They usually make several stops in Cancún’s Hotel Zone and take about an hour to reach Puerto Juarez. There is bus service available from the airport to the bus terminal in downtown Cancún for 35 Pesos, per person. The bus leaves from the end of the Main Departure Terminal. It has a luggage compartment. You can buy a ticket in the arrivals building or at the bus. Taxis from the taxi stand in front of the bus terminal to Puerto Juarez cost about 40 Pesos. If you cross the street to Av. Tulum and get a taxi from there, it will cost about 20 Pesos. There are two passenger ferry services from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres. Both boats leave every half hour. The Magana Boats operate every half hour from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The Gran Puerto Cancún Boats operate every half hour from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM and then, every hour on the half hour from 9:30 PM until the last boat at 11:30 PM. The crossing takes 15 minutes and costs 35 Pesos, per person. Upon arrival on Isla Mujeres, there is a taxi stand next to the dock. Just ask the driver for the Hotel Posada del Mar. One Tip: Only change enough money into Pesos at Cancún Airport to pay for your transportation. You will save, even at the relatively low rates offered at the airport, because a taxi price is quoted in Pesos and in Dollars but the Dollar Price is always higher than the Peso Price. How to transfer from Isla Mujeres to Cancún International Airport The first trip to Puerto Juarez is at 6:00 AM on both the Gran Puerto Cancún and Magana Boats. The last crossing is at 9:30 PM on the Magana Boats and midnight on the Gran Puerto Cancún Boats. The taxi fare from the dock terminals to Cancún International Airport is 250 Pesos. If you leave the terminal and cross the street, the fare will be lower. The official taxi rate from Puerto Juarez to Cancún International Airport is 150 Pesos. |

double sinks, in addition to all the amenities of the regular rooms.

Pinguino's Restuarant
Pinguino’s Restaurant has a palapa covered balcony with an ocean view of the beach and bay.
Open early for breakfast until the late hours for snacks,

Swimming Pool
A colonial style aqueduct provides a waterfall into our double pool,
one for adults and older children and a shallow pool for younger children.There is a play area for children with seesaw, swings, tree house and slide into the soft sand below.
